BOSCO GERARDO

Associate Professor, Department of Biomedical Sciences, Laboratory of Environmental and Respiratory Physiology – University of Padua.
Founder of the Hyperbaric School of Medicine at the University of Padua and of the Second-level Master in Diving and Hyperbaric Medicine. His studies focus on the pathophysiology of diving in extreme environments, more specifically to clarify the mechanisms of action for the oxygen therapy and research new indications for its use.

CERINO STEFANIA

Psychiatrist with psychoanalytic training. Former Medical Director of the Mental Health Department ASL NA 1 (Naples) and Mother and Child Service Usl 44 Naples. She deals with psychiatric rehabilitation interventions in adulthood and childhood as well as with psychogeriatrics. She is also experienced in the field of accessibility and social inclusion for people with disabilities in general, including athletes.

She served in the Scientific Board of the Project “A Ride for Everybody”, a study on accessibility to Amusement Parks for People with Down Syndrome, and still works as a consultant for Antonio Zamperla SpA in the field of Risk Assessment for people with special needs in amusement parks and rides.

PERILONGO GIORGIO

Professor and Director of the Women’s and Children’s Health Department and the Paediatric Clinic Unit; Coordinator of the Functional Department of Rare Diseases Hospital – University of Padua.

TOMBOLATO ROBERTO

Doctor, specialist in child and adolescent neuropsychiatry. Former Director of the Infantile Neuropsychiatry Department at the Operational Unit (Vicenza Hospital), currently Health Director of the Rehabilitation Centre VILLA MARIA (PRVM) in Vicenza.

TECHNICAL PARTNERS

BIANCHINI VITTORIO

Researcher and expert in life support systems, in particular in recirculating and / or oxygen breathing systems. Instructor at the European Space Agency for breathing systems.

CHIARI GIANNI

Expert in technical safety standards and member of European and International Technical Committees.

Promoter and person in charge for the project “A Ride for Everybody”. Coordinator of studies and research related to the accessibility and inclusiveness of people with special needs in rides, attractions, and amusement parks.

CLOUGH STUART JOHN

 Involved in various aspects of engineering for almost 50 years, ranging from nuclear engineering to life support systems design and aerospace.
Involved in the design and construction of closed-circuit diving systems for sports and professional use, both for the exploration of caves and scientific missions for National Geographic-BBC and at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center in the US.
